I am trying to buy bf4 hack but paypal is giving me a error.

I already have enough balance on pp account but still giving this error : To complete this payment, add a debit or credit card to your PayPal account. Your card will not be charged unless the transaction amount exceeds your balance.

I was wondering if I can join the video team again if I post some nice bf4 hacking videos every month.

Few months ago you guys accepted me but I had to sell my pc so I could not add more videos.

But now I bought a game pc and can make every month 2 videos for nxhacks + rank it on youtube.

This was my first project for nx hacks :
