Pbss clean or black?

it says clean pbss, but i read somewhere in forum they black.
you know black causes bans ?
i got this hack because of clean punkbuster screens as well ^^ so whats up with it now, is it black or clean?
because i dont wanna risk a ban for blackscreens

Well, you would never receive a ban due to black screenshot taken by the server you are playing on since lots of people without using any hacks are sending black screenshots to the servers - it's a well known Windows related issue.

oh, kk.
well i heard that people get banned because of too much Black screens :)
besides that it seems like i get a lot of PB errors now with the hack.

i get Quieres 9005, packet lost, ignoring whatever thing kicks etc.
tried to update and re-install PB but seems not working, meh.
