Battlefield 3 Question/s

1.How is the Admin ESP is it still working and does it really show who the admins is?
2.Anti ban, so all my banned accounts from PB can now be played on without any problems?
3.Can I set myself to die after re spawning like in a video showing someone spawning and then dying right away?
