HWID Change + Never used hack and PN's nxHacks to freeze Subscription

Would it be possible to change my HWID?

My second problem is, that i pn'd nxHacks at 05-28-2013 05:52 AM but he didn't answer.
I requested to freeze my subcription.

Would it be possible to renew my subscription?
I only used the hack 2 times (for setup) never used it to play.
