You are member. That's the problem. Loader crash is a different story...No.test it again,please.l am sure there is something wrong with the loader.No crashes/erros for americans,have crashes/erros for chinese is impossible.
Was your paypal account previously linked to fraudulent activity?

If payment was successful then membership activation is instant. The only other thing which would stop activation is previous fraud attempts.
I'll pass this on to nxHacks, he will take a look when he comes online.
