Some governments ban to paypal. (Like me in Turkey ) So it's hard to buy like other countrys to if paypal bans.

My suggestion for buyers; if you cant buy with paypal or if you don't have any credit card, just go visiual-card maker sites. You can use it and deposit there and buy from paypal.
