Customer service and professionalism seems to be a delicacy in the payhack industry, many hack providers are able to get away with malicious business practices because of the high demand of premium hacks from the teenieboppers and the clandestine nature of the industry. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've seen many customers fall victim to heavy marketing and later regret their purchase due to ridiculous downtime, or lack of transparency, immature community, or horrible treatment and support by staff. It's evident that many of these leaders chase the profit motive and spend time attracting new, disillusioned customers at the expense of current ones. They may have a talented arsenal of developers, but they arguably fail on the business end and PR.
