Banned but didn't use hacks or nxhacks

Hello,

I got banned for violation #50785 by EvenBalance, but I haven't used any kind of hack or nxhacks. The violation number suggests I used nxhacks, but I did nothing wrong. Would you know anything about this, how is this possible? Is it possible to ban any GUID with nxhacks, I really don't get this? I still own my account, so I guess it was not stolen or hacked. I sent a lot of tickets to EB but they are just retarded, like talking to a brick.

What game are you talking about? And if you was not using any-type of "hack" then you got banned falsely by punk-buster witch some legit people have complained about being banned for using sometimes of software!

And what do you think (Nxhacks)can do for you? Set from me saying, welcome and please {JOIN THE DARK SIDE!}

I am talking about BF3.

I was just asking here if it is possible to ban any GUID using nxhacks, because I don't know how I got banned. I saw a post on battlelog that some hacks could spoof GUIDs and ban them, I was not sure if that was true or a just some bs.
